Ainsley & Co., a full-service advertising and marketing agency headquartered in Baltimore, today announced the hiring of Andrew Adcock as a web developer, and Joy Hamilton as an Executive/Administrative Assistant.

As Web Developer, Andrew will be responsible for turning design concepts into fully functional digital products such as websites, landing pages, email templates, mobile applications and more.

Joy Hamilton joins Ainsley from the Maryland Association of Non-Public Special Education Facilities, where she served as an Administrative Assistant. She previously worked as a Marketing and Communications writer  for the Maryland Association of CPA’s.

“Joy’s addition to our team serves a crucial role at Ainsley,” said Tom Ainsley. “Our success depends on a high level of service and communication to our clients, and Joy is responsible for making sure that we’re operating at maximum efficiency at all times. Her experience and abilities as a copywriter are a huge plus – she’s contributing to the Account team in addition to her administrative duties.”
