Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Ainsley & Co., you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple client projects across various industries. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing detailed project plans, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality work. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excels at building relationships with clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing clear and effective communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including strategists, designers, developers, copywriters, and videographers, to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Prepare and present project briefs, creative briefs, and media plans to align internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing potential issues, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as printers, freelancers, advertising sales reps, and event staff.
  • Lead client progress calls and meetings, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, prepare invoices, and communicate financial updates to clients.
  • Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and good judgment in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing agency experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with website design and development, social media strategies, SEO, paid search, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a self-starter attitude and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram,  LinkedIn).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Annual Salary between $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 depending on experience
