Project Manager

Ainsley & Co. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Project Managers at Ainsley & Co. are responsible for the overall management and success of all projects for the clients they are assigned. This includes identifying and prioritizing client needs; creating project plans, estimates and timelines; and building and managing the team needed for the completion of that project in excess of the client’s expectations. The Project Manager must have an extraordinary attention to detail and exhibit strong internal and external communication skills to ensure successful project completion for our clients.


  • Create and update project plans
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines and actively communicate progress
  • Prepare strategy and project briefs
  • Prepare estimates based on project deliverables
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with the client to communicate progress, priorities, and expectations for all projects
  • Coordinate internal team members including creative and strategy leads, design, web development, copywriting, video, etc. to deliver great work
  • Prepare for and lead client progress calls/meetings
  • Manage outside vendors and partners involved in each client project (printers, advertising sales reps and traffic coordinators, event staff, freelancers/specialists or partner firms involved in other aspects of our work for the client)
  • Prepare monthly client invoices along with budget worksheets to communicate project progress in order to ensure accurate billing
  • Show integrity, confidentiality and good judgement when working with clients


  • Experience in Project Management is a must, agency experience is a plus
  • From a project management perspective, the ideal candidate will be knowledgable about website design and development, social media strategies, paid search, display/retargeting, video production, SEO, and content marketing strategy
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who understands how to help a client project succeed and offers proactive solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with WordPress and other website Content Management Systems is a plus
