Ainsley & Co. Welcomes Three New Hires

BALTIMORE (September 7, 2017) — Ainsley & Co., a Baltimore-based marketing strategy and creative agency located in Harbor East, announced three new hires to support agency growth, adding front-end developer Holly Carter, account manager Mike Tyler and project manager Nick Bonnet.

Before joining Ainsley & Co., Holly Carter served as web developer at Baltimore-based advertising agency Planit. She began her career at Lockheed Martin as a simulation developer before moving on to the advertising industry. In total, Holly has more than 12 years of web development experience, five of which has been spent in an agency setting. She graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a BS in Web Development and Interactive Media.

Mike Tyler arrives at Ainsley & Co. with more than 14 years of marketing and eCommerce experience. Tyler most recently served as marketing product and project manager for Baltimore-based start-up Terra’s Kitchen, where he led the brand’s traditional and digital advertising programs. Tyler holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and graduated from Stevenson University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies.

In his role as Project Manager, Nick Bonnet leads multifunctional teams from project proposal to final deliverable. Prior to joining the Ainsley & Co., Nick spent several years as a project manager in the academic publishing industry, spearheading the creation of textbooks, e-learning modules, videos, websites, games, and apps. Nick has a BA in English, Communications, and Technology from University of Maryland Baltimore County.
